Scholarships

As a non-profit focused on the mission of promoting the sport of swimming, we strongly believe that our sport should be accessible to all members of our community. We are proud therefore to be able to offer scholarships to those in need of financial assistance in order to participate on our team. Scholarship requests are evaluated by two randomly selected board members who consider the following factors when deciding if the request should be approved:

Is the request from a new swimmer who is interested in joining the team?
Does this request demonstrate financial need?
Does or will the team member contribute actively to the team (i.e. as a volunteer, socially, practice, compete, etc.)
Does or will the swimmer contribute to the team's core mission of increasing access to team swimming for the LGBTQI+ & Allies community?
